Tchlandra Embry, RN, BSN, has two decades of nursing experience. She specializes in the intensive care unit. Throughout her nursing career, she’s had various experiences in different healthcare facilities such as hospitals, long-term care, skilled nursing, agencies, home health, and hospice.

She’s always had a passion for helping others. Providing care was instilled in her at a very young age by her grandparents and uncle. She remembers reading the names of different medications to her family and explaining to them their uses. That drove her interest in the medical field. Tchlandra credits her family for her altruistic spirit.

In June 2020, Tchlandra stepped out on faith and birthed EnTruss Staffing. With her military and healthcare background, she knew firsthand what it would take to sustain her agency. Her formula: faith in God, compassion, leadership, and ensuring that every patient, employee, and healthcare organization understands their importance.
